THE FE METHOD™

Let Function Guide the Decision.

Stop Guessing. Start Testing.

The FE Method™ is a simple sequence you can run in a typical appointment. You seek out dysfunction in a systemic way, you treat it with purpose, and you recheck your work in live-time. You know what changed. They can feel what changed.

Built from chiropractic. Open to musculoskeletal clinicians who want that same kind of clarity with the spine and the extremities.

THE SEQUENCE

Test. Treat. Retest.

A repeatable process for clearer clinical decisions.

A finding to start with. A reason to treat. A retest you and the patient can both feel.

THE CLINICAL FOUNDATION

The test isn’t chasing pain. It’s asking what isn’t functioning.

The first step of the FE Method™ is the Functional Extremities Assessment. It looks at how muscle performance changes when a joint isn’t doing its job.

Underneath that is a simple idea: when a joint is stuck, the supporting muscle becomes inhibited and the brain gets sleepy. The assessment gives you an objective finding — not just a complaint.

That finding gives your direction. After you adjust or treat, you use the same assessment again. If function returns, you and the patient just watched it happen. If it doesn’t, your job is to keep working until function has been restored.

That’s the before-and-after that makes the visit make sense — for you, and for them.

THE FE CLINICAL FLOW

Don’t chase symptoms. Follow the findings.

Finding dysfunction is only the start. The FE Method™ gives you a repeatable path for what to do next: treat the finding, retest, and only then decide whether to go deeper in that region or look elsewhere in the system.

You’re not adjusting every joint. You’re not treating only where the patient points. Each change is checked against the functional baseline — and that response drives the next series of decisions.

To understand the extremity, you have to consider the system that supports it.

One method. Clearer decisions.

The FE Program takes this sequence region by region — so whether you’re in school, early in practice, or you’ve been doing this a long time, you have a way to work that you can actually run on Monday.

This isn’t just an extremity course - its an entire system for changing the way you approach the human kinetic structure.
